About Us

From our humble beginnings during the pandemic, G Code has seen rapid growth since start up. From hiring space in one of our partners’ workshops, to moving into our own 300ms facility in Geebung during December 2021, we expect to continue to see rapid growth well into the future. Great things are to come for G Code, our partners, and clients over the coming years.

Our Approach

Our aim is to supply the highest standard of machining available in the Brisbane region. While maintaining market competitive pricing, our approach will always be quality first every time. We believe in the highest standard of old school service, and believe in a personal and friendly approach to business – that may be sometimes lacking in the industry. To achieve this standard, we only employ staff of the highest calibre in the industry. To achieve our goal of being the best overall machining solution in the Brisbane area, we combine continual investment in machinery, tooling and our facility.

The G Code Difference

Clients

We work with all sectors of industry, and treat all clients with the same standard of professionalism, no matter the size of organisation we are working with. Our smallest client is just as important as our largest client. We currently do work in the following sectors: Oil and Gas, Electricity, Aerospace and Defence, V8 Supercars, Space, Rail, and FMCG to name a few. We will always endeavour to maintain a strict 24hr turnaround in quoting, and on the rare occasion that this may not be possible, will inform our clients immediately. We understand the need for rapid pricing and do not believe clients should wait up to a week for pricing – as can be the case in our industry nowadays.

Giving back to the engineering community

In a world of decline in skill level in the trades sector, G Code has made the commitment that the employment of school leavers in our apprenticeship program will be a core focus of the business. Running in parallel with the current TAFE program, G Code has developed our own training program that fills the large gap in the TAFE system, with more focus on technology, Cad-Cam and modern machining methods. This will benefit the industry long term, and employers will know that an apprentice trained at G Code will be a stand out prospective employee for them in the future.
